I’m an experience design leader with over a decade of work across some of Africa’s most recognised brands from launching Discovery Bank’s web presence and building Edgars’ first e-commerce store, to leading UX strategy for ABSA, FNB,and Mastercard.

My work sits at the intersection of design, product, and business strategy. I don’t just design experiences, I shape the thinking behind them. I lead teams, influence roadmaps, present to executives, and make sure design has a seat at the table when the decisions that matter get made.

I’ve stepped into complex, ambiguous, high-stakes projects my entire career, often inheriting briefs mid-flight, working to tight deadlines, and delivering work that outlasts my involvement. That’s not a coincidence. It’s how I’m wired.

What drives me is the belief that great design is never just aesthetic. It builds trust, changes behaviour, and creates real value for real people. Whether I’m designing a premium banking product for high net worth clients or a youth app that teaches a 7 year old what money means the standard is the same.

I lead with curiosity, move with intention, and hold a high bar for craft.
